We have standardized pricing for all 1 story and 2 story homes! We dont need to make an appointment to come out to your home just to give you a estimate.

2 Story home inside and out cleaning - $300 + Tax 2 Story home outside only cleaning $250 + Tax 1 Story home inside and out cleaning $200 + Tax 1 Story outside only cleaning is $150
The above pricing reflects our "standard" cleaning which includes cleaning all glass, wiping down window sills and screens. Please read below for additional charges.
* We charge extra for tape residue removal, paint over spray removal, storm windows (extra sheet of glass that can be removed) and solar screens (the type that screw into the window frame on the outside).
