1. How often do you come clean my windows?Well, this is up to you… We offer once a week, twice a month, once a month, once a quarter, etc… It depends on how often you think you need them done. We will suggest a frequency plan but it is totally up to you. 2. Do I have to sign a contract?No. We are a month to month service. You can cancel anytime you like without any penalties or change how often you want us to clean your windows. No obligations. 3. Are you insured?Yes, we carry $1,000,000 in general liability and our employees are covered by workers comp. 4. How do I pay?You can pay with cash or check at time of service. 5. . 6. Is there a “rain guarantee”?Yes, rain usually does not hinder us from cleaning the glass and removing dirt, grime, etc… unless it is pouring outside. However, if we come out and clean your windows and the windows accumulate spots and rain residue during the same day, we will clean the exterior of the windows for free. We will come back out as soon as we are able depending upon how many other clients we have that day. 7. My Windows Vista has been messing up lately, can you help?No, we do not clean Windows, we clean glass windows only, even though we are geeks. Sorry…
